Walking through the English Countryside

Today we went on a guided ten mile walk through the countryside of Kent, England.  The Bishop of my ward here led the hike, and there were students from my program as well as the BYU Film program that attended.  The area was beautiful!  We saw some beautiful scenery and had a very enjoyable time.  Lauren and I got brave enough to try some lavender flavored ice cream that was made with the lavender grown in a field that we passed.  It was... interesting.  It tastes just like it smells, and a little like herbal tea in an ice cream?  Anyways, it was worth trying. :)  Tonight my friend opened up her mission call!  She had it sent to the center so she could open it here.  Shout out to Sister Sydney Evans who will be serving in the Peru Lima North mission for the next 18 months! :)

I made Lauren this Daisy and Clover bracelet. :)

Matchy matchy...

Lavender fields are perfectly... Lavender!
