Durham and Hadrian's Wall

After leaving York, we went to Durham so we could see their beautiful cathedral.  Unlike York Minster, the Durham Cathedral was built in both the Gothic and Norman styles of architecture.  We then traveled to Hadrian's Wall, which is an ancient wall built by the Romans.  The ruins were really fun to play on and perfect for posing for pictures. :) After a long day of winding roads and lots of time in the bus, we finally made it to Edinburgh, Scotland.  We didn't have a lot of time to explore, but we did have a great pizza dinner and fondue for dessert from room service.  Luckily, Hailey was my roomie again!! :)
